This Privacy Policy explains how Everdailyindia (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you shop on our website.

Information we collect

We may collect:

Name, email, phone number, and delivery address
For parcel bookings: sender and receiver addresses, contents description, prohibited-item declarations, and email/SMS OTP used to verify the sender before AWB generation
Order details, payment status, and shipping / tracking data
Device and basic usage data needed to run the storefront
Support messages you send by email, phone, or WhatsApp

Card / UPI credentials are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Cash-on-delivery orders collect payment at the door through our courier partner.

How we use your information

To process and deliver orders
To book courier AWBs and prevent parcel fraud (KYC)
To send order, payment, and tracking updates
To issue GST invoices and handle returns / support
To improve site reliability and prevent fraud

Sharing

We share only what is needed with trusted processors: payment gateway, courier / logistics partners, SMS / email providers, and hosting. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & security

Order records are kept as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Cookies & Google consent mode

We use Google tags (Analytics and Ads) with Consent Mode. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, non-essential cookies default to off until you choose. Elsewhere, measurement defaults to on. You can change your preference anytime via Cookie settings in the site footer.
