About us

Everdailyindia operates this online store from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India. Products (including magnetic mosquito door nets and home organisers) are sold for personal / household use unless otherwise stated.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are in INR and include applicable GST unless noted.
• An order is confirmed after successful prepaid payment through Razorpay, or when you place a cash-on-delivery order and confirm the address.
• We may cancel an order for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — with a full refund of any amount collected.

Payments

We offer secure checkout options including UPI, cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable PIN codes in India. SAVE60 (₹60 off) is applied automatically at checkout. Maharashtra parcel bookings stay prepaid only. Payment failures that are not captured as successful will not create a dispatchable prepaid order. COD orders that are refused at the door may incur return-to-origin charges.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier partners and PIN code. Risk of loss passes as per courier handover norms after dispatch. Track your shipment from Track order. Full details: Shipping policy.

Returns, cancellations & refunds

Governed by our Returns & refunds policy. Damaged or wrong items must be reported promptly with photos.

Product safety

Magnetic mosquito nets contain magnets. Keep away from pacemakers and other magnet-sensitive medical devices and magnetic cards. Follow the install and care instructions on the product page.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and product copy belong to Everdailyindia or its licensors. You may not copy or resell site materials without permission.

Courier facilitation (Maharashtra parcels)

The Send a parcel / Book a courier feature is a booking facilitation service. Everdailyindia is not a common carrier and does not take custody of your goods as a warehouse (except when you voluntarily drop a packet at our Sambhajinagar hub). The packet is transported by Shipprime and its last-mile partners (which may include Delhivery or similar).

• You must complete the prohibited-items checklist and must not ship liquids, batteries, cash, gold, jewellery, medicines, flammables, narcotics, or illegal goods. False declarations may be reported to law enforcement. Bookings are generated on our corporate courier account, so sender KYC (email OTP, and SMS when configured) is mandatory before payment.
• If the courier loses or damages third-party property inside a parcel,Everdailyindia's financial liability is limited to the lower of ₹1,000 or the courier fee you paid for that booking. Claims against the carrier follow the carrier's own terms. Declared value is for customs/courier records and is not insurance.
• Weight and dimensions you enter must match the packed box. If the pickup executive or hub measures a higher slab, extra freight is payable by you and delivery may be delayed until it is settled.
• Return to origin (RTO): if the receiver refuses the packet or the address is undeliverable, the courier returns it to the sender address you confirmed at checkout — not to our Kanchanwadi warehouse, unless you chose hub drop and we still hold the packet.
• GST: product sales use goods HSN (e.g. 5608 for nets). Parcel bookings are invoiced as courier/freight facilitation under SAC 9965 at the GST rate included in the prepaid price.
• After AWB creation you must print the shipping label from the confirmation email or My orders and stick it on the box before pickup.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any product order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. For parcel bookings, see Courier facilitation above (cap ₹1,000 or the fee paid). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
