Shipping policy

We ship product orders across India through courier partners. Cash on delivery and prepaid (UPI / cards) are both offered at checkout once you enter a valid 6-digit PIN code.

Free delivery

Orders with merchandise subtotal (after discount) of ₹499 or more unlock free standard delivery when offered for your PIN.

Timing

Most metro PIN codes deliver in 2–5 days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer. You receive tracking by email / SMS once the AWB is created, and can always check status on Track order.

Payments & Cash on Delivery

We offer secure checkout options including UPI, cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable PIN codes in India. SAVE60 (₹60 off) is applied automatically at checkout. Maharashtra parcel bookings stay prepaid only.

Orders typically ship from our fulfillment address in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra: Kanchanwadi, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra 431001.

Maharashtra parcel service

Separate from product orders, you can send a parcel (100 g–5 kg) to any Maharashtra PIN. Prepaid only. Free shipping and SAVE60 do not apply. Drop at our Sambhajinagar hub or add courier pickup. We are a facilitator — Shipprime carries the packet. Prohibited items (liquids, batteries, cash, jewellery, medicines, narcotics) are not accepted. If a packet is refused or the address is wrong, it returns to the sender address, not Kanchanwadi. Weight mismatches can delay delivery and add freight. GST invoice for this service uses SAC 9965. Track pickup → transit → delivery on Track order.
