GOV.UK digital passport / some visa uploads want a 35×45 mm photo at least 600 pixels wide and 750 pixels tall — not the 413×531 export that Indian passport portals use. This leaf locks 600×750, tags 300 DPI, and keeps you in the usual JPEG KB band. It is not an HMPO studio certificate and not a biometric pass. Re-read GOV.UK “Get a passport photo” before you pay.
